Of all the suppliers in the Miata community, Tom has been the most helpful person I have ever dealt with! I have purchased products from FM, Go Miata, Goodwin, Moss, and others and they all have been very good. Absolutely no complaints on any of them. But none of them have gone to the extremes that Tom has. He has been available 24/7 for my calls on any problems or discussions on how to modify my system to gain more power. He ships anything I have asked him for either the same or the very next day.

The Miata enjoys one of the best aftermarket supplier networks of any car on the road today. What a great time to be driving a Miata.

Thanks for all your help Tom, you abrasive old man!

I also have bought from a bunch of the old time regulars. Then there is Tom  Bill Cardell never invited me to go swimming. I had an ECU go bad on me while in Phoenix. Tom just said here's one and "pay me whenever". That still kind of rubs me the wrong way. :?

I'm so perplexed as to what in the hell you have to do to gain acceptance and respect in the M.net community. Maybe if Tom advertised 235rwhp and when people posted dynos of 200 and Tom tried REALLY hard to figure out what was wrong....That might do it.

Since day one, Tom has literally delivered the highest level of customer service that I have ever experienced. Not only that, but Tom has become a very great friend of mine. Tom, I wouldnt want you to get any less abrasive that you currently are!

Thanks Tom! 8)

I always had great customer service. Well after I bought and paid for the original MP62 coldside. Tom is still helping out with parts to set up my water injection system. If I lived anywhere near driving distance to arizona, I would already be over there for a E-cool retrofit.

But to get a true survey, you should put it up on the miata.net board.

Is Tom abrasive? Hmm, I don't think so.

The man invites people to stay at his home and drink his beer (and Ari's homemade beer )and swim in his pool. He feeds you his wife's Bratsworst and lets you use his garage and his tools.

If that's being abrasive, then hell yeah he's abrasive. :D

I haven't had many dealings with Tom, but all have been first rate.
What has really impressed me is that he hasn't hyped anything that he can't delever yesterday  . I 've seen ALL of two mentions of his new release due out in mid July ?? :?: AND I'll bet that whatever he claims it will make it will be within 5% of that on the low side, and higher than advertised on the top side.
I guess some people like to post for the post count but I haven't seen anyone use the abrasive term toward the FM fellowhttp://forum.miata.net/vb/showthread.php?t=186400
