Buzzing IAC problems?

Anyone else experience an intermittent buzzing IAC after coming to a stop, and the idle is hovering about 1500 RPM? This happens at least three times a day during the commute, and is remedied with a blip of the throttle. I even replaced the IAC with one from my 01 and still get this anomaly. I have had this ever since the initial installation, and second installation. I only was recently able to confirm it is the IAC when I coasted over to the side and popped the hood, and felt the little cylinder buzzing like crazy!

Good possibility that you have the two hoses to the IAC swapped. The one closest to the end of the IAC should go to the hose from the BTB. The one closest to the body of the IAC should go to the VDB.

Mine has been buzzing too from time to time in similar conditions.

I made the same mistake as Tom mentioned and reversed the 2 hoses on the IAC on my 2001. It made a ,off and on, low buzz noise too. The idle was rough also. Made the correction and all is fine. Idles smoothly at 800 now.
