I have decided to remove and sell the hotside from my SO's car. She prefers driving my turbo car as do I. Some prefer a SC, some prefer a turbo, it simply is what it is. :surrender:
It took 3 hours to remove everything except the Pc-Pro, E-cool, and remote mounted IAC. This included the intercooler and all the BRP brackets associated with the IC. I'll likely finish up tomorrow and then put the stock parts back on over the winter while the car is in storage.
My short term plans are to focus on more power for my '01 turbo. I have a hydra ready to install this spring and am seriously considering buying a used engine and adding rods/pistons so I can turn up the boost. I guess power is addictive  Sharons car will remain stock for a year or so, and I will likely add a turbo to her car after that. If I don't she will continue to want to drive mine all the time.
I'll still hang around here to keep up on the news with the SC folks. Whether you prefer turbo or SC, we all have a common goal - more power :cheers2:
