Well, I got a CEL yesterday and cleared it and it came back today. P0301 Cylinder 1 misfire. Car idled fine and ran to redline like a good 213WHP should but had a terrible transition from cruise at part throttle. Could hardly leave a stop light without stumbling. IOW, ran like crap. Turns out the soft rubber hose that you stuff the small hard tube into at the JRPC was kinked and partially blocked. It could see the boost but not fast enough. I relocated the JRPC so that it has tha hose coming straigh o\ut now and all is well.
After further cogitation on the matter :) I wonder if it might not be a good idea to trim that rubber hose short so the small black tube goes in as deep as possible? Thoughts?
I recommend you check yours. Might check even if it the ELF and/or the SS.
