I just got finished installing my TDR A/A IC and PWR Radiator on my '94. My question is regarding the clearance between the blower belt (with auto tensioner) and the driver-side (exhaust side) stock fan motor. It is very close. When you install a TDR A/A IC, the radiator must be tilted back somewhat, relative to the top. In my case at least, this puts the blower belt very close to the fan motor. My pulleys are 105/65 and I think that if I were to use a larger crank pulley (which I now certainly intend to do), the belt might even make contact. Has anyone else encountered this, and if so, did you try to correct it somehow? The driver side fan is larger than the passenger side fan and uses a larger motor, I guess. Just looking for wisdom here, thanks.

Pat,

The bigger pulleys don't move the belt any farther forward. If that helps?

Farther forward isn't the problem. The belt and the fan motor already overlap, when viewed straight down from above, with the fan motor just underneath the belt. A larger pulley is going to move the belt down onto the motor.

What does the "POTY" stand for?

Can't be Person Of The Year? :)
