Changed 105mm to 115mm pulley..I can't get the belt on

Hey guys,

Greetings from down under.

I've put on a bigger pulley, but the belt doesn't fit. I've tried to wedgie it on with a screw driver but I can't get it on.

How did you guys with bigger pulleys put your belts on?

Did you get a bigger belt?
Soak the belt in boiling water?
Try a different method of putting it ie without use of the tensioner?


Any help would be much appreciated.

Chris,

You will definitely need a Bigger belt. If your 105 mm pulley belt was a 060441 you will need a 060445. If it was 060435 you will need an 060441.
