What's causing this high idle?

I just put everything together this weekend. Started her up today and got a CEL (will check it tonight).

But I got a high idle 1.7k rpm. Also I'm running rich at both cruise and idle.

Any thoughts?

Throttle body sticking, MAF backwards, TB set to high, bypass valve sticking IAC valve plumbed wrong. All strictly guesses. A vacuum leak is typically low rough idle.

The CEL is probably "High Idle".

Turns out I forgot to reconnect the TPS. So for future reference, if you forget to plug the TPS in, you'll get a high idle and will be running very rich at both idle and cruise.
