PC-Pro modify the TPS signal to ECU ?

Does the PC-Pro modify the TPS signal sent to the ECU ?

Yes it does. It modifies the signal when you enter boost to keep long term fuel trim from becoming erroneous.

So if I was to log the TPS as a tuning variable with my Innovate kit, would I use the TPS pre or post PC-Pro ?

I would go with the TPS signal pre PC Pro. That way you would log the "true" TPS signal. For example, if you logged it post PC Pro, anytime you are boosting it would simply read 100% TPS. Below 0psi though, it would read the same pre or post PC Pro.
