Being fed up with trying to make the Innovate XD-16 gauges work :hammer:, I installed an Autometer boost/vac gauge and wide-band. The boost/vac gauge has it's own panel light which I discovered works just the opposite of the stock panel lights when wired into the panel light circuit. Panel lights go up in intensity ... gauge goes down! After some searching I found a Jeff Anderson modification that I used and it works great. It flips the voltage to the Autometer light so that it tracks the Mazda panel lights. The attached drawing and picture will hopefully show and explain what was done. Total cost of parts was less than $4 so not a big deal. The light in the accessory must have a separate +12 and ground for this to work and NOT be grounded through the gauge case.
