I was looking into the Moss MP62 kit and ran across this forum. I am very interested in ordering a kit but I would like to see more information on the CS
kit (preferred) and the HS kit for my 01.

I am extremely impressed with the customer service and support that Tom provides.

I dont get up to Phx much but it is a possibility.

Thanks,
Doug McBride

Tom lives in Coolidge if you want to come on up.

Doug, what would you like to know. Ask away.

What are your goals? WHP, drivability? Street use vs. track/AX use? Same friendly knowledgable voice 7 days a week? :cheers2:

I second the motion. Don't hesitate to give Tom a call or ask questions here. Just remember, there are no stupid questions here, and unlike some other forums, you'll never get flamed on this site.

I have an 01 BRP/SOT hotside that I've been fighting with Tom to get right for a long time. It's finally running really well (thanks Tom) but I've got the idle droop issue that is common on the hotside. Once I get some gauges installed and do some aesthetic cleanup, I should be done.

Have you checked your compression/leakdown numbers and inspected the plugs to make sure you have a solid foundation to build upon? Make sure you do that no matter which route you choose. Do a search on my name (jwalton) and read through my trevails and you'll understand why I ask these questions.

Good luck.

This is my primary car w/ 20,000 miles. I need to make sure I dont have alot of problems getting things sorted out. My backup car, V8 Rx7 is hardly efficient for a daily driver.

My goal for the 01 is 200whp, but like the Rx7, "enough" is is only good for a week.:) Once I get the basic kit dialed in I am sure I will continue to tweek it. I also run autox 2 times a month.
I built the Rx7 from scratch as an economical commuter car and ended up w/ a 12.40@114 on crap tires gas guzzler.

I have 1.250 RB hollow bar now and am waiting for my Koni shocks to arrive for adjustable coilovers. Just need some power to match the handling.

Thanks for the quick replies,
Doug
