There are only three adjustments. Green, Yellow and Red. Green controls timing retard from 2200-4000 RPM. Yellow controls timing retard from 4000-5500 RPM. Red controls timing from 5500-7000 RPM. Each light on the card represents 1* of timing retard and you can adjust from 0* to 8* of retard in each zone.

The first light (noted as 1 on the card) can either be 1* of retard or 0* of retard. To adjust the card, press the mode button until you have the green, yellow or red light active. If the light is on position 1 and is flashing rapidly, that is 0*. If it is on 1 and blinking slowly, that is 1* retard. If it is on 3, for example, that is 3* retard. If two adjacent lights are lit, like 3 and 4 for example, that means 3.5* of retard in that zone.

Each time you press the mode button you will advance to the next zone. Green, Yellow and Red, in that order.

The defaults as set from here are :

Green = 0
Yellow = 1.5*
Red = 2.5*
