Hi all,
I recently installed Koni Sport Kit adjustable shocks and springs (on the middle perch) on my '96 and have spent the past few weeks tuning them to my desired combination of comfort and firmness. My car is my daily commuter (since some idiot 18 year old piled into my old Volvo) so I'm not interested in shaking my bones to bits.
However, I've firmed them up so much that I'm only 90deg off the top on the front and about 180deg on the back - and I'm still not convinced by them!
It may be my tyres (P6000s aren't popular on on some forums), it may be the crap wet summer we're having in the UK, but I just don't feel as "planted" as I thought I would. I have a niggling feeling that I could have spent half the price on stock replacements and been just as happy. :nopity:
Has someone got any experiences they could share?
