Two Questions,
1. How many have increased the pulley size and what were the WHP & Tq. increases ?
2. At what size pulley is the timing card needed ?

Up to the 115mm pulley, HP incrfeases at about 7WHP per 5mm pulley increase. Torque increases at about 5 ft-lbs per 5mm increase. Above the 115mm pulley, WHP increase is not as much but the low end torque still seems to grow by 5 ft-lbs per 5mm step.

Depending on your enviornment, how you plan to drive the car (street/track) and the grade/quality of fuel available, I recommend the timing card for 115mm and larger now. Frankly, it is good insurance for any of the kits.

Then I would go with the 115mm pulley and add the timing card. Perfect bullet proof arrangement and lots of power/fun. However, your tickets are your own. ;)
