I managed to pick up a used PC-Pro kit online (99/00), it appears to be from a BEGI kit. It has the harness, and added connectors for a WB (outputs to a gauge, I guess). But it also has wires attached to the 'A' and '0' connections on the PC-Pro. The ends are cut, not connected to the harness. Any ideas what these are for?
Thanks!
Mike

There are no output wires on the harness for a wideband. Which wires are the 'connections' connected to? http://www.fastforwardsuperchargers.com/Install/99-00-ECU-Pins.jpg
"A" and "0"? Can you confirm the wire colors? Are both wires on "A" used? Are both wires on "0" used?
Wires connected to the harness for the turbo applications are 1,2,3,4,B,+ and -. Might have used "A" if he had no cat and the rear O2 needed to be mimicked so the OBD2 would not throw a CEL. But the white and white/red from 0 would not have been used?

See attached. I was wrong about the WB, it's was marked as a ground. The 4 wires attached are as follows:
A:
Tan and Pink with Yellow
0:
White and White with Pink
All 4 wires are cut and not attached into the harness.
So if this was from a turbo setup, will it need to be reprogrammed?

Ah. they are cut and not attached to the harness and had heat shrink on they, right? They are not used.
Re-programming depends on what you are going to use it on? Whatever the case, we will be happy to re-program for free. Just send it to us and let us know what the application is. The year needs to be 99/00 to match the harness though. For the application, the key info is pounds of boost at redline.

A 2000 Hotside, I believe I have the 100 or 110 pulley. Also with E-Cool.
Thanks

Measure your boost and send it to us and we'll program accordingly for you.

I'm getting 9lbs now, but I want to upgrade to a 110MM or a 115MM. I also need a new 65MM nose pulley (don't ask), and get that programmed into the PC-Pro.
Can you hook me up?

We have the technology and the parts. :-) I am assuming this is a 6 rib belt setup?
I will re-flash the card for free.

Yep, it is a 6 rib. I will also send back the old powercard you passed to me before.
I'll box up the unit next week and ship it out.
Thanks!

OK, we get $75 for the SC 65mm pulley and $110 or $115 for the 110 or 115mm pulley respectively.

OK, I got the spacer from Tom, and now all is well with the world (Thanks Tom!). Next is tuning. Since I am a one man show on this (I have no friends:1eye:), I need to do some tuning of the fuel map.
I have the AEM wideband O2, but I would like to find some software to help me with the mapping. Any suggestions? I will also be looking to you guys with help in adding/removing fuel, as I am new to the PCPro. I just need to see it done once or walked thru once to grasp it.
Thanks to all of this great community.

Refresh my memory. Did you send me the card and did I reprogram and send it back?

Great. It should be close already but the adjustments are as follows:
Y/B sets the main fuel.
R/B sets the low end but also trims the fuel for gear to gear.
G/B sets the Accelerator pump fuel. Anytime (off or on boost both) that you press the pedal above a certain rate, it adds a squirt of fuel to avoid lean spots. The G/B adjusts that fuel. If it is smooth as you accelerate, leave it alone.
Green (2000-4000 RPM), Yellow (4000-5500) and Red (5500-7000) are like trims for those zones if you need a little more fuel in one area or another. Best to use them as little as possible. Better to use Y/B and R/B.
Bill,
Want to add any more. Hotside with one PC-Pro and no ECool.

Tom, I do have the E-Cool, with the SS controller.

Bill can add more but, basically at 5000 RPM, if you disconnect the 5th injector, you should see it go lean by about 1 to 1.5 points. If it is in that range, leave it alone. Do the rest of the adjustments with the PC-Pro.
