Is there a way to change the boost scaling on the E-cool card? My current pulley (65/120) setup lights up all the lights and I'm thinking about trying the 125 pulley.

I'm pretty sure they are 0-16 PSI. You are right there. No problem though, it's the fuel that counts and you should havemore than sufficient.
