This is the official list of codes as produced by Mazda. Thought they might be useful for those who get a CEL. I could be wrong but it was my understanding that 0-99 (or 0-999) were defined by OBD-II and higher number codes could vary as desired by the manufacturer. I could easily be wrong on that point but, in any case, these are the codes as published by Mazda for the BP engines/ECUs.
