I don't know what year you have, but several of us have used this mid-pipe wiht good results.

I have that exact same midpipe. One warning... it is LOUD! It's not bad with a stock muffler, but sounds a little weird. Had I to do it all over again, I would have just had my local shop weld in a replacement Cat.

Ditto on the loud. I had the worthless resonater in that replaced with the largest Magnaflow piece I could fit in the stock location in front of the diff which helped a lot, but with a Racing Beat single tip it's still kinda loud and not very pleasing (to my ears anyway). Don't know where I'm going to go from here...

If you can figure it out, let me know :-) I can't invest more money in exhaust experiments; I want something more free flowing and throatier than stock, but no drone or headache-inducing loudness like the midpipe + PowerPulse muffler produced.

have you found one yet?
have you considered the high flow cats, e.g. JR?
I think I have a OEM cat from 94 - buried in the garage somewhere...
