One of Tom's competitors is offering a free dyno day for Miata owners. I guess we will have to listen to a spiel about their systems, but I am up for that. Could prove interesting.

I plan on getting there early. Any other SoCal'ers interested?

Don't embarrass them by beating out their kits by too much. Maybe swap in a smaller pulley?

This car is cursed. Where is Steven King, I have an idea for a novel....
The car has been running great since Bill tuned it several weeks ago. I cleaned the engine up and got it ready to go. Drove around the block a couple of times yesterday, and it ran great. Towed it to the dyno and then drove it around there some. It ran great. When it got close to my time to run, I started it and let it warm up. It ran great. We pulled it onto the dyno, strapped it down, and it dropped a cylinder. Took it off the dyno, did some testing, and injector #4 is NOT doing anything at all. Not sure where the problem is since I did not bring any tools to do electrical trouble shooting. That will wait till tomorrow.

 Mine blew a high pressure power steering line about 6 feet from the rollers the very first time it was to go on a dyno. Sometimes they get a little skittish
