Hello!
Just got back home from the dyno. I would appreciate it if you guys could give your thoughts on the figures.
My car is a 2002, bone stock with the 160WHP kit, no timing card. 6-7 psi of boost.

The first chart is actual wheel horsepower and torque, and the second chart is estimated crank Hp and A/F.

To save people the trouble of looking up the conversion, 107kw = 143hp. :)

I also tuned (rather, Bill tuned) my car on a Dyno Dynamics dyno, as I posted in this thread (http://www.fastforwardsuperchargers.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1713). I'm getting a little over 10 psi. The DD is known to be the "heartbreaker" dyno that reads "low" when compared to a Dynojet or even a Mustang dyno. There are various opinions of how different they are, and even those would depend on the car. It's also true that some dyno operators will apply a "Dynojet correction factor" which inflates the numbers. There was no correction on my dyno, FWIW. Personally I don't get hung up on numbers anyway. I had a ride in Bill's car to compare, and while it was indeed faster (bigger pulley, header, and the better flowing '00 head), I don't think he has 35-40 hp on me. ;)

Your AFR looks a bit lean, even at its richest point. Additional fuel may help lower temps a touch and improve power. Also, if your cat has a lot of miles on it, it can cause huge drops in power, too, though I don't think you're too far off the mark.

I can't read the RPMs but the point at which the TQ and HP curves cross seem off. Most graphs cross way before the end of the run. At what RPM did the operator lift off the throttle?

Looks like he took it all the way to fuel cutoff. Remember the graph is in KW and NM, that may have something to do with it.

Based on what I have seen on the Dyno Dynamics dyno, it looks to me that your setup is likely very close to about 160rwhp on an inertial Dynojet 248. I would increase it up about a light on the Yellow-Blue on the PC Pro to richen the a/f ratio .5 a point though. I don't expect this would affect the rwhp much if any.

Duh! I didn't think about that. :dupe:
