I just wanted to do a quick update here. I have Windows 7, 64-bit. I installed the drivers from this website and it indicated that they installed successfully. Upon connecting the USB cable into the programmer device, Win7 immediately indicated that drivers were not installed correctly.

I went into Device Manager and tried to install the drivers manually for the "Unkown USB device" and it failed as well. Then I changed the settings to check Windows Update for new drivers and it worked.

Windows downloaded and installed two drivers, something about a USB-to-serial driver and a separate USB driver and now I have no conflict when connecting the programmer device.

I have the programmer connected correctly but when running Gen3 Coder and trying to load "Main_0105_ver001.hex" I get a message box saying "Invalid Serial Key for file!!"

Has anyone else run across this?

You have to install the "key". Then you have to save the key. Then you have to select the key. Did you do those steps?

I guess I typed something wrong. I entered the key from the instructions and it worked fine. I got the PCPro programmed correctly according to the Gen3 program. Thanks Tom. :)

It is just a device to re-flash your cards.
