Using the 105 pulley the expected hp is around 200whp. E-Cool with stock injector seems to do perfectly fine. I have a stand alone ecu and would it be worth it to ditch e-cool and just upgrade to larger injectors. An injector upgrade would be around 200-150 dollars.
If I do need upgrade and ditch e-cool - what is the minimal size injectors I would need.

I think you want to keep the E-Cool for charge cooling.
If you were going for way more power, then you could up the injector size and add water injection.

It is almost impossible to make 200 WHP without cooling in the intake manifold. No size of larger injectors will do it well. If you are going to use your stand alone, I suggest you still drive the 5th injector or water injection.
Our price for the injector and fittings is $150. You want it to make at least 10% of the total fuel.

going to stay at the 200whp range for a while - If I do want more hp later on I can still do the upgrade and keep the ecool -
so if I am keeping the ecool on anyways - i might as well keep my stock injectors then
I am also going to install that KDD sensor everyone bought off ebay - issue is I have a 91 electrical but a 97 engine.
This is the only thing I found in terms of a 97 engine knock sensor

or can I use one from 99 and up
FM has a knock sensor for their turbo kits - but i don't think they sell it separately

We used the one off my 99 for our 90 KDD install. Works great.
The 5th injector is a special threaded injector so it can thread into a threaded hole. It is a 48 pound injector and that price includes the fuel fittings and electrical pigtail.

I have the ecool already - i thought you were selling upgraded injectors for 150 - that would have been a sweet deal :) - can't blame a guy for trying
also where is a nice place to put the knock sensor

I believe there is a blind hole on the side of the block near the oil filter already. If so, use that.
