so i installed my used unit, installed real easy. the guy i got it from was using a mp62 coldside, ran richer than a fatcat on wallstreet, so I just made everything lean to get the car down the road without fuel coming out the tailpipe.
putting that aside; what do you think the settings should be on a 99 hotside with a/w intercooler and 62.5 pulley? I need something to get me by until we get it on a dyno.

Depends on what you are running and what version of the PC Pro you have. Specifically, I would need to know:
1) are you running stock injectors?
2) are you running extra injectors? If so, what size?
3) If you are running extra injectors, what are you controlling them with.
4) To check the version of the Powercard, I can have a rough guess if you cycle through the lights (mode button) and tell me how many modes there are (i.e., Green, Yellow, Red, Green-Blue, Yellow-Blue, Red-Blue)
A 62.5 nose pulley is a seriously high boost pulley on a 4-rib setup. Actually, I think it might be a tad too much boost IMO. The most I would ever run on a 4-rib Hotside with a stock engine is a 65mm pulley and only with an Air/Air IC. With an Air/Water IC, a 67.5 nose pulley may be a better choice. The devil's in the details of course though :).
The basic answer with this is the Yellow-Blue lights on the Main Card are generally the "Main Boost Fuel" adjustment on any of our Main PC Pro cards. The Red-Blue is generally the "High RPM Fuel". The Green-Blue, if available is the Accelerator Pump adjustment. To get you to the dyno, I would suggest by starting them all out at 4 lights with the Green, Yellow and Red light modes all at zero. Next, reading a narrowband AF gauge (or voltmeter attached to your stock O2 sensor) adjust the Yellow-Blue so you see around .92-.95v under boost. I wouldn't push it though. There really is no substitute for a wideband, especially at the sort of power and boost you are running.

....My setup is just a high compression M45 running about 10psi.

In that case, disregard my other comments about it being a lot of pulley, wrong blower :).
The comments about adjusting the Powercard Pro apply though.

Jaxmadine,
Do you have an overlay pulley on the crank as well? How are you getting 10psi on a 62.5? I only see 8psi.

Its all in the timing. Not really. I've got extensive port and polish work done. Also have the head shaved 0.009. My gauge is busted, and it reads high, but the max I can see depending on the weather is 10psi. Oh and no overlay pully.
Still havnt had a chance to look at the lights on the pcpro, its at an arlo gunthry concert right now..

Finally got around to the car. I have all but the red-blue lights. Gotta get it on the road to tune it better, dyno would be best. Have to put the redblue and yelblue @ 8, and I still ned more fuel down low. Crazy stuff.
