Timing Card question

Are the lights displayed on the timing card ever supposed to change while driving or do they just chase back and forth regardless of RPM/boost, etc?

Probably been covered, but couldn't find anything after a quick search.

Yes. The lights should change. Do you ever get a blue light in boost?

I haven't seen the blue light, just the chasing green lights.

Tom/Bill have you heard of a timing card acting like this before?
If necessary, I'll get it packaged up and sent back to you guys for inspection.

Bill, this is the card you wired up for me just a couple months ago. I doubt it's worked since I've had it hooked up - this would explain my inability to run pump fuel w/out knock.

I guess 10psi, 92octane & no timing retard = bad :)

Could you pull the harness and check a couple wires? Pull it and call me or Bill.

Is there a boost tube connected to it? Does the main fuel card work?

Fuel card seems to work fine. Boost tube is connected, T'd off the same line the main card is using.

I'll pull the card tonight. What's a good time to call? Either tonight around 8 PST or tomorrow?

We are also on Pacific time. 8:00 works. However, I turn the phone off at 9:00. Us old farts have to sleep sometime. :)
