I have one of these. And a 10,000 uF capacitor to go with it. The capacitor is new, the dwell reducer is used. I thought I had included it with the car when I sold it, but I ran across it when cleaning this weekend.

John, if you guys come to some arrangement, send it to me and I will send it to Hakan with other parts I will be sending over.

That's potentially good news..

I will elevate this to "good news" a) if you are willing to sell it, b) if you are willing to sell it cheap :)

In all seriousness, how old is the dwell reducer please? I mean, I had heard that the first batch had problems which were corrected later.

And, I would like your paypal address, along with how much I owe you for the dwell reducer, and the capacitor.

And Tom, thank you very much for your shipping assistance, yet again.

Sorry to hear about that. Should I hold onto the package and ship it on Thursday instead?

It's OK. Send it. There will be someone there to get it.

Any word on the coils yet Tom?

I got home late last night and they are here. Now all I have to do is remember what else I am to send? :(

Two, umm make that four sets of coldside setups, 180 and 200 mm pulleys, couple barrels of nitromethane, fireproof goggles, and non spin tires.

:)

Actually, just the dwell reducer, capacitors, the coils and the coil connectors should be enough ;)

Hmmm. You are on your own for the first items. :)

I have the coils. Are the other items coming here as well? I thought I had something I was supposed to send as well?? I will have to check our communications.

How about the dwell reducer and the capacitors from John?

BTW, do the coils have their plugs/connectors on them? The guy was supposed to send them, too.

Not yet unless my neighbor with the BTTF car picked them up while I was at the funeral last week. I will see him today and see what he has for me. He doesn't get up until after noon. You know how those Apple guys are.

Keep your shirt on. :) I had to walk up the road and it is hot here. Got it. Checked the other box and it has the two coils and two electrical connectors.

That woman was Janice. Tom's wife. If I'm not around UPS drops there. If he's not around, his UPS comes here. If you ever need Apple stuff, he's the place. www.hardcoremac.com

It's too hot here to have a shirt on.. Really.

Wait.. TWO coils? Geez. I paid the guy for four coils, with connectors..

Tom @ Fast Forward

OK. Four. Can't blame me for trying. Look what else was with 'the woman'.

Very cool... I guess you could send those over, too.

For the record, I am much, much calmer now.
The word "four" had this soothing effect on me somehow.

Anyway.. Thank you Tom..

Once again, send me your address and they will be on their way. Anything else I can do for you? Coldside maybe?? :)

You sir, have mail.

Coldside.... I need money.

Funny thing, Tom.. I was "this" close to coming into some serious money couple weeks ago.
You know what I would have done?
Call a transport company, have the car shipped to you, and have a nice monthlong vacation in the states while the engine is completely rebuilt with beefier internals at Mike's and a nice coldside is installed at your place...

The whole thing would cost about 12 to 15 grand. The car part, I mean.

Like I said, I was "this" close. I am definitely chasing it, still.

Got it. I see you have moved. You are in Turkey now. I was going to ship to your address in FI

You know these tiny countries around here..
I mean by the time I hit 5th gear, I cross at least two borders.

Actually, I live in FI (State of Forced Induction) mostly on the weekends.
Roads are a bit too congested otherwise.

As for Finland, Mika Hakkinen was spotted last month, bragging about how much his name sounds like "Hakan".

On a very serious note, there is a marble sign on the side of the street as you enter my neighborhood. On it, the date of the neighborhood is written (chiseled, actually).
1363.
Almost 650 years.
Yes. True history.
And the reason why I will never lower the ride height in my car.
