for sale: racing beat midpipe for '99. i just bought this, around 200 miles on it. it's either too loud or i've outgrown my boyracer phase, take your pick. i'd rather sell it local, for obvious reasons, but i will ship if necessary. i just paid $ 240.00 (incld. s/h ) i'll take $215.00 shipped/ $195 local p/u.

I'm almost considering it just because at that price. I have one and they are great

fine by me, i hate having to ship things. although coolidge is on the other side of the world from me , lol . let me know, i need the $$ to buy a goodwin mid pipe, something i should've done from the start. momma always said; penny-wise, dollar-foolish, that's me !!

That is the same midpipe I have on my 99, right? The straigh through pipe that is all resonator. I cured my sound with the stock muffler. I consider mine to be nice and mellow. Relatively quiet at cruise and not even very loud at WOT and redline.
BTW, that will fit the 99-05 Miata.

yes that's the one . i knew it fit other years, but i didn't want to misinform/ mislead because i wasn't sure exactly what years. thanxs for the info. do you feel by keeping the stock muffler your inhibiting the max. power output ? i guess if it would limit it , it'd be minimal anyway, right ?
