What spring rates, in pounds, is everyone running on their Miata? What shock are you using and has it been revalved?
I am going to try out a set of experimental shocks, revalved Bilsteins with the GC coilover conversion kit with 450f/333r spring rates.

I've been using the old FM Springs with KYB AGX since 9/2005. The spring rates are 318 lb/in front and 233 lb/in rear - this is for the new springs. IIRC, the old springs were 350 in front and I can't remember the back.

Tein Flex with 7/5 springs (392/280). I don't understand how Tom stands those 12/10 rates. Must be awfully nice roads out in 'Zona.

I am amazed at how well the 12/10 (?/? in pounds) rides. On the trip to Cleveland and back I went through every variation in road you could imagine and a lot of construction. They were still great.
Only bad road was the ones with the cross tar strips. But those were annoying even with the stock Bilsteins.
