The 'Test Letter' came today. We are on our way. I will call the lab about a test date tomorrow. All I need now is a PC-Pro that works perfect and we are off and running.

I know it is premature but there is wine in the glass and dancing in the street. I feel comfortable that it will pass. :D

Tomorrow September 19 would be 5 months to the day since I sent in the papers to start the process.

Awesome, looks like we made that 05 compliant with the instructions just in time :)

In my best Hannibal Smith voice "I love it when a plan comes together". But, for him, it was always just dumb luck. ;)

Unless your target market customers are as old as we are they are scratching their head "Hannibal Smith? Who.....?" Even Mr T forgot who he was.

The "A-Team" is in daily re-runs. All of my kids know who they are. My youngest is 30 though so maybe people younger than 30 don't know?

I didn't know anyone watched all the old stuff they fill up the 7,000 channels of cable/satellite with. I also didn't know A team was one of them on but I skip over most of the channels. There might be something I might like somewhere on cable but I haven't found it yet.

Kind of killing my CARB thread BUT, I spend most of my time on the Westerns Channel. Even Maverick is on one of the channels. Then, of course, theres Wild West Tech with the Carridine brothers and Kenny Rogers on The Real West.

Now, back to CARB. :)

Has anyone seen Sky King in re-runs? One of my favorites growing up. Like we had a big choice back then with only three channels.

Sky King and his 310B Cessna, IIRC. (Song Bird?)

Have not seen that in reruns yet.

So when you get a test date, does the lab just keep the car for a period of time while they test it?

They keep it 3 days. one of the tests requires 16 hours off time in an environmentally controlled room. Then a cold start.

I think we will be able to get it in next week.
