Question #1: is there an updated installation manual for the 96? The downloaded version is from 7/12/06. I was surprised it was not shipped with the unit.

Sorry. That is the latest manual. I thought you said over the phone that you had downloaded it and I didn't bother to send. I can send one off to you Monday if you want it.
