Will the brace fit a 2000 with a coldside and still allow for the throttle cable relocation?

I want to replace the one I have as it interfers with thr throtle relocation kit.

I do go there sometimes for autocrossing but other than that not to often. its only about 1 1/2 hours away from me. I will take a look at my 02 and the brace maybe i can tell.

Why 99-00, will it not fit 01 non-ABS?
