The stock gasket for the IAC is not going to seal well against the flat plate. Use RTV to make a gasket instead of using the rubber gasket. Be sure to use very little so as not to clog the passages after it is assembled.

This is best installed on top of the passenger side shock tower WITHOUT the extra mounting block. There is not enough room on the firewall. The two sensors mounted to the bracket can be moved from the plate. The IAC will fit on the center stud, and two additional holes can be drilled in the bracked to secure it. Then the two sensors can be attached on the edges of the bracket.
