PowerCard digital fuel technology allows you the tuner, to program when and where additional fuel will be delivered.
Using a combination of intake, exhaust header, cams, cylinder head work and so on, you've modified your engine to breathe better. However, your factory engine computer may not be adding enough fuel to compensate for the increased air flowing through your engine. The bottom line – if you aren't adding fuel, you are not taking full advantage of the expensive modifications you've made.
PowerCard is a unique, load based fuel adder which works with the factory ECU. PowerCard's simple push button interface and powerful load based technology renders complex table-based throttle position and RPM re-mapping systems a thing of the past.
PowerCard Pro works off of a pre-determined calculation considering injector duty cycle, RPM and Boost. It compensates for which gear you are in to keep A/F relatively constant as load changes.
PowerCard's advanced GenIII microprocessor and proprietary algorithms allow it to calculate the load placed on your engine, and tailor additional fueling to your specific needs. Both the transition points between modes, and total fuel added in each mode, are easily adjustable. PowerCard is perfect for tuning styles from "butt dyno" to speed shop rolling.
