I finished installing the BTB kit and am very happy with the results!
Boost has increased about 1-1.5psi across the rpms and peaks @ 9-9.5psi.

I only drove for about an hour today, but experienced no idle droop and the idle is very smooth & quiet. Before installing the BTB, I had the stock throttle body adjusted to where there was a lot of hissing from the air filter. I thought it sounded kind of cool, but now the idle is extremely quiet and it is much stealthier.....at least until I put my foot to the floor, then all hell breaks loose.....:)

A/F stays right around 12.5:1 @ WOT. Elf on maximum with fifth injector providing a small amount from .5-9.5psi.

Power feels really good and the engine reaches the rev limiter much quicker :)

Thanks Tom!

The BTB and cast throttle body adapter (TBA) works well to smooth flow from a 3" circle to the shape of the blower intake. The throttle body adapter could use just an elbow fitting to a vacuum distribution block (VDB) and have all the other stuff connect to the VDB like the coldside. The IAC effectively is the stock ECUs idle load compensation system and handles idle dip problems

I agree......The cast adaptor looks much better than the machined one I replaced!!!

I did some more driving today and all is well. The idle is still rock solid , very smooth and very quiet!!!!

Last time at the dyno I made 187whp with the STB , 115/65mm BRP pulleys and made 8-8.5psi & 187whp/160ftlbs.

Now I'm running the BTB and 110/65mm FFS pulleys and making 9-9.5psi.

Thanks Tom!

and yes,,,, you were right Chuck ;)
