Are the Miata specific instructions appropriate for the FFS? I have not changed any settings yet, but I want to understand how it works.

If you can't lean it out enough, you may need to lower the fuel in the SS. Or install a bigger pulley. :) What you found id the version that is a piggyback replacement for the old PowerCard. It still utilizes 6 wires. Ours is a lot different. Besides, ours is pre-tuned by me. That makes it really special. :)

Thank you Tom. That is the guidance I was looking for.

My drive to work this morning was very pleasant. It is hard to believe the difference in smoothness from the old controller to the Pro. Getting proper fuel mix really makes a huge difference. Power transitions feel like stock again.

It's really a 50/50 for the fuel mix and the 'transition control' of the TPS. One without the other is only half control.
