A few questions.........
Will the hotside be under the "CARB" blanket also?
How much HP can be made while staying inside the CARB legal guidelines? (smaller pulleys, I.C.)
Where does the E-cool injector mount on the hotside version? And how much fueling can the injector correctly meter? (highest amount of HP w/ E-cool injector only)
CARB legal header for best output?
Likely just the beginning.
Thanks!

We 'should' have CARB approval pretty quick on the hotside (end of January or early February). However, one can never guarantee that until it happens.
The CARB version will be in the 190-200 range like the Coldside.
E-Cool mounts in the dummy Throttle Body at the inlet to the intake manifold. Our kits are designed for a maximum of ~210WHP depending on year. However, the extra injector would support more (~250) but would require an A/A IC and we don't sell that or recommend beyond 210-220 for a stock engine.
If it is a 99-05, we haven't found any real gains from the stock header to the JR or RB headers. For the earlier car, I'm sure any header would make about the same WHP at the ~200 WHP level. I'm not sure which headers have CARB approval?
I hope that helps.

It still states on your front page that the kit comes w/ the PowerCard. Is this the same now....or does it come w/ the PowerCard PRO? (and is that the CARB legal setup? / or is the CARB legal box non adjustable?)
I saw a thread on the M.net site about a newer/better performing Eaton blower. Is this something that you'll have for your kits when they become available?
The questions are for me and all others who might be interested in a purchase.

PC-Pro is the CARB approved device and comes with all the kits now. It is pre-set and non adjustable for the CA kits and adjustable for the rest of the world.
I will shift to the new version MP62 if it proves to provide benefits at the power level my kits are sold. At the moment I see no reason to change.

I think I can answer the question about CARB approved headers.
Per the smog referee 3 years ago: "there is no ARB approved header for any car newer than a 1997. You may not move or remove any part the the emission control system." The ARB considers the air filter to the muffler part of the smog control system.
Just to show their interpretation: I have my water injection nozzle mounted in the outlet manifold of the SC. If my kit is eventually CARB approved as a hotside kit, it would fail the visual exam because I have modified the outlet manifold by drilling a hole in it and mounting the WI there.
However, it seems only the smog referee would pick up that difference.

I read that the PCpro is "load based tuning".
If a larger pulley was added to increase the boost, would the PCpro for the CA cars adjust the fueling accordingly to keep it at a correct/safe running range? Or is the PCpro CA CARB only good for a certain size pulley set?
