The 94-97 systems have the IAC valve mounted to the firewall and I am thinking of moving the 99-05 there as well. It would look something like http://www.fastforwardsuperchargers.com/3d-supercharger2.htm. I think it would clean up the crowded area between the SC and fuel rail and valve cover.
I will update the vacuum hoses so you will get an idea of the routing.

I like the idea, now to go home and figure out if it fits with the ABS module...

That looks like right about the place where some folks have their remote-mounted oil filters.

It could actually be mounted anywhere as the connection a=is simply the hose. I guess the better question is if you agree it needs to leave the blower. When you open the hood, your eye is drawn to the IAC and I think your eye and the eye of the person you are showing the system to should be drawn to the supercharger. The second issue is how crowded it is with the wiring looms and the fuel rail and other stuff that moving the IAC out of there just makes sense.
Both the VDB and the IAC could be mounted wherever it feels right in your install. The 94-97 IAC is already on a bracket like that and the suggested location is the firewall. I would say that, to save the stock hoses, anywhere on the passenger side of the car would be good.
