I was born in SA if that counts. I went back to live there in about '86. Lived off Culebra between 410 and 1604. You can drive like a maniac and just fit right in. :)

I have noticed a lot of maniacal driving. 3 lane crosses at a 45* angle to the off ramp at about 85 MPH. There seems to be a lot of crashes here too. One night I saw a motorcyle taillight disappear for awhile (about 1/8 mile) and finaly figured out he was riding a wheely down the frontage road.
