Finally, the engine room is almost finished.
I still need to extend the MAF wires, but everything else is pretty well wrapped up under the hood.
I installed the Xtune E-bay Stainless Header my wife bought me last year too.
It looks and fits nice, but the EGR fitting is pointing right at the Heater Pipe, so for now, the EGR is capped off. Anyone know if the 95 OBD1 checks for EGR flow like the OBD2 cars? I am hoping I can run without the EGR and not get codes.
Sorry the pictures are a little dark.

Interesting looking headers. Really different from my OBX's. Another nice thing about coldsides is you can pick any header you like and know it will fit.

It is nice to be able to actually see the pretty headers... Hotside covers them up!

It's alive!!!
I started the car for the first time yesterday.
I still need to dial in the TPS, but otherwise it was great. It even idled.
I can't wait for the roads to clear up so I can go for a drive.
Thanks for everyone's help and advice.

Congrats! It is a great feeling when it is finally ready to start (and actually does). All during the install, I always had that nagging question on will it work...
Too bad it is so bloody cold! January sucks!

Especially when you decide to do a timing belt and header install at the same time. There were some many things that could have caused trouble.
Side note; any tips on adjusting the TPS? I tried to put my Ohm meter on the 2 pins that Tom mentions in the instructions, but I could not get any movement/reading out of my meter. It was always reading Overload no matter what Ohm range I set the meter for.
Thanks!

I have an electronic meter and set it for continuity. It beeps with continuity.
I made a "harness" by attaching two crimp on splice connectors (red) that just fit over the pins on the TPS. Attach the meter to the two leads, which allows you to set it aside and use both hands for the adjustment.
It should switch between open/closed with the slightest pressure on the throttle plate.
I had to adjust mine multiple times before getting it just right. If you are off a bit, it will either not catch the idle correctly, or it will be rather abrupt and jerky on the on/off throttle.

Woo Hoo!
I finally got the car out for a good drive (30 minutes). 7 degrees F Ohio weather be damned! It was awesome!!! I look forward to putting more miles on the car when the weather improves and really getting a good feel for the car. It ran really well straight out of the box. I noticed a very slight pop/stumble when going from no boost to boost, but it was really minor. It seemed to improve the more I drove it. It may end up being nothing.
I can see myself being a serious boost addict.:driving:
Question:
What is the recommended base timing with the base FFS package? 10 degrees?
Thanks to everyone for your input and support.
Now to get my interior back together.

Congratulations. It is a fantastic feeling when it starts and runs smoothly.
Too bad we have subzero weather. I have a bunch of parts to put on both of my cars, but it is too cold to consider touching the cars. (Both are waiting out the winter in the garage).
I can't wait for spring to get here...

BTW - base timing should be set to 10 degrees.

After a good romp, it might be worth while to re-check all the bolts and nuts.
