Well, another satisfied customer with the PC-Pro on an 01+.

I'm running a basic BRP Stage 1 kit with the PnP box, BTB, J&S, 6 rib belt, and A/W intercooler on an '03 Club Sport. I still have the stock crank pulley installed which was the 95-100, don't recall which at the moment. I installed the system a couple of years ago and have been running the PC. At the dyno it was pig rich at pretty much a 10:1 AFR.

I went ahead and took the leap and installed the PC-Pro along with an Innovate Motorsports wide band o2 sensor (Stand alone guage kit).

Just completed the first couple of runs at street tuning. First run was without any adjustment and things were a little lean accross the board.

I came to this forum and plugged in SilverStreak's numbers and immediately things came into line. Hanging between 12-12.5 for AFR during pulls on the street (Interstate).

Next project is to get back to the dyno and fine tune.

I get an occasional light on the J&S but it is primarily when I lug it. Will have to revisit the J&S settings also.

I have had a 105mm pulley in the tool box for over a year, just haven't been comfortable putting it on until I had some adjustment capability.

I guess I've been lucky, havent had problems with the kit like some have posted in the past, of course I'm not running much boost ~5-6psi.

I would like to thank Tom and Jeff (SilverStreak) for answering a few questions that really made the install go easy (except for the part where an old fat guy stands on his head under the dash of a Miata).

Thanks, all

Buzz

I'm glad the plug and play directions as well as the base PCPro settings worked for you. It'll be interesting to see how it comes out on the dyno. I predict you'll have a large power increase and won't care since it runs so smooth.

If it ever warms up around here, I'll be off to the dyno. Probably will be a couple of weeks though.

We had a high of 62 yesterday (took part of the day off to finish the wide band/PC-Pro install), forcast high for today ~28. Gotta love Kansas weather...could be worse if I were further North though.

I'm planning on retiring in the next 4-5 years...Tom may have a new neighbor in the winter  .

Thanks again,

Buzz

Hit the dyno today, ~161hp :) , great improvement over the old PC.

Posted the dyno run in the Dynos section (non FFS). It shows the PC run overlayed with the PC-Pro.

You need a bigger pulley. ;)

Buzzard – Would you mind posting your final PC-Pro settings after dyno tuning? I would like to compare your final settings with those of Silverstreak02. (I just got my PC-Pro in the mail today.). Do you have any PC-Pro installation or dyno advice? My plans are to install the PC-Pro as is – run for a few days (watching the J&S) and then change to Silverstreak02 / your settings. I hope to go to a dyno soon afterwards for final tuning / confirm good A/F control.

Thanks,

My PC-Pro settings are:

Green 2
Yellow 5,6
Red 3,4

Yellow/Blue 8
Red/Blue 8

I started with SilverStreaks then was able to back things down a little on the dyno (probably because I'm running a smaller crank pulley).

I imagine things could be tuned a little better, however, it only took two pulls to get to these settings. Sometime in this Spring I will go ahead and put on my 105mm pulley so I didn't feel the need to spend any extra money on this setup.

If you don't have a wide band O2 sensor with display you might want to plug in Silverstreak02's settings right off of the bat.

I was running 13.x before I used his settings to start with.

Just a thought.
