Those of you who have received a PC-Pro for E-Cool in the last 4-6 weeks, please check it out. One way is to blow into the tube (you need to blow hard enough to make more than 3 PSI) with the car idling. The blue light should come on and the A/F should get rich and/or stumble from the rich fuel. The PC-Pros used for the main injectors are fine. Only the ones for the 5th injector MIGHT be effected. We have had two so far. I tested a couple new ones from stock and they were fine. It could be these two bad ones were the ONLY two but I don't want to take a chance.
A small air compressor would also work but more than 15PSI could damage the sensor.
Let me know here or by PM/Email if you have a problem.

Hi Tom,
What's the status of your investigation - I may be in Phoenix next week so there may be an opportunity to check may car directly. Thanks,
Mike.

Let me know when you are coming. That would be great. I can check/fix it while you are here. So far here, all we found is ONE so it isn't an epidemic but I would rather err on the side of caution. It is not a matter of it failing, it either works when first used or it doesn't.

Hey, I got 11.4 PSI with a 115mm, so I could still go for a 120mm. :)

And I was JUST telling Tom that I've already gotten used to this new level power. LOL

Well, I checked mine and it is bad. I got a blue light on the main controller and no blue light on the E-cool controller.
I took the car out today before I had checked and hears some slight pinging. I assume that was do to a lean condition from the e-cool not working. I hope I did not hurt the car in the 3 or for times I took it out. It does not feel like a 200 HP car without the right air fuel either.

The problem for me had nothing to do with the PC-Pro, but rather the new 5th injector was bad. Swapped out the injector and VOILA!, e-Cool.
Tom was great, I asked him to just send me the parts but he came by personally since he was in CA already. We spent a couple of hours tinkering with the car, including modifying the PC-Pro settings for my JRSC. Now everything's "perfect".
Tom, As always, THANKS for the great service. The new settings work great although it looks like it could you a bit more bump on the 5th injector since I onlyhave about 8psi boost. Runs great on 91-octane (Chevron for me) but still exhibits a little ping at max load, and boost. Can you say "racegas". ;)

Well, it looks like maybe none of the PC-Pros were bad. Problem appears to be bad or intermittant injectors. I will post an announcement shortly.
