A cure for depression

We finally had all the elements come together yesterday and had a warm sunny day. First chance to drive the car top down since January (fluke warm day).

What a pleasure. The car is running great. The power is amazing and smooth.

A single day of top down driving has relieved months of depression! I am looking forward to a wonderful summer of driving.

Which miata do you like better? Hotside, or coldside?

Hands down - Coldside!

The hotside is my wifes car that we bought last summer. The Bkack & tan is gorgeous, and it has every accessory and bling know to Miatas. But it just is not a drivers car.

The coldside throttle response makes a huge difference in the power delivery. I am getting 200hp+ from the colside, and the hotside I would estimate 160~170hp. It just is not tuned well.
