Hi gang,
It turns out that my last-of-the-BRP kits for 99+ shipped with the NAPA 060441 belt. After struggling for a few minutes to install it, I resorted to the computer - and found the old BRP thread that talks about belt sizes. Apparently the 060441 is the belt size for the standard 100mm pulley, and I had a 105 pulley substituted. I'm guessing that I need somewhere around a 060445?

Tom, could you post the belt sizes needed to go with each pulley size?

95mm pulley = 060435 or 060436
100mm = 060441
105mm = 06044?
110mm = ?

Thanks,
Gordon

Mine shipped with the 105mm pulley and I got the 060441. I had to roll it onto the SC nose as per instructions, but could do it alone. Sorry, can't help with the 110 belt.

I had my kit shipped with the ...441 belt with a 100mm pulley and when I installed the 105mm pulley, Tom suggested that I keep tye same belt, we installed it and it works for both pulley sizes. Its just a little harder to put on with the 105mm pulley.

BTW Gordon, how close are you to completion of the install? Were rooting for you! :)

060441 ia what we ship for the 99+ for the 100 and 105mm pullies. The 110 uses the 060445 belt. The belt gets a little shorter for the 94-97 kit as it has a 1/2" spacer instead of the 1" spacer between the SC and manifold plate and that makes the distance between the SC pulley and crank pulley a little closer together. The 94-97 kit uses the 060441 for the 105 and 110 pullies.
