I had the 105 pulley for a while now, and it always made 10-10.5# of boost at redline. Recently, it started maxing out at 9#. I checked the pulley, and belt as well as the belt tensioner and all seem fine, no glaze, and the tension is where is should be.
Also checked the vacuum hose and all seem good. Makes a solid 19in vacuum at idle.
Only thing I changed was switching from alcohol injection to methanol injection. I'm wondering if the methanol does a better job of cooling and hence less boost, but more flow.
