Here is a 3D of the FFS Hotside Auto-Tensioner.

They are in stock at $150 plus shipping. They are for Hotside owners who already have the 6 Rib belt system with manual tensioner. I no longer have the 4 rib to 6 rib conversion kits. There were simply too many variations of the original 4 rib hotside kits. Some of you have two bolts holding the bracket on and some have three. This will work with either and, in most 2 bolt cases, will convert it to a three bolt bracket. As there are some variations of the BRP 6 rib hotsides that won't work with this kit, I offer a full refund of the price if it doesn't work.

On my JRSC, I'm generating good 8psi boost but still have belt slippage. So, I'm working on a JRSC 6-rib conversion (with auto-tensioner) based on Tom's kit. I gotta pay bills first so this may take awhile.

how do you remove tension from the belt when changing it? My BRP auto-tensioner has a square hole to insert a 3/8 drive breaker bar to remove tension.

Even through the unit is less than a year old, the hole is becoming elongated due to constant use when BRP couldn't tell me what size belt to use and I was installing them through trial and error.

I will likely wind up replacing it in the next year ot two.

Yep. Same way. 3/8" square hole. I can't believe you have worn that hole? Are you actually using a belt tensioner tool? A 3/8" breaker bar also works. They fit the hole so well, it cant't round it.
