I am putting the car on the dyno to tune on 3/23/07, one day before reeling in some Porsche's. The kit is FFS coldside with E-cool newly installed. I need a crash course in tuning. Can someone point me in the right direction? I have a feel of how the Power Cards work but it would be nice to learn why things react the way they do. I know Tom will be there for support but it would be nice to have some foundation I can work off of. You can expect a call at the very least on Friday morning Tom!

At least we know your e-cool works. One down, 50 to go.

I talked to Larry today. He just needs to seal the radiator to the fan shrouds and all will be well.

I am picking the car up today. The first time I mash down that gas pedal should be quite a rush. I feel like a kid on Christmas morning. Thanks again Tom a.k.a. Santa!

One of the reasons dyno time costs as much as they do is because the dyno operator helps to tune your car. If you have any questions while on the dyno, ask him. If he doesn't answer your questions, or the answer is unsatisfactory, ask us.

Or, did you have a uestion now?

I have dyno time but it is without a professional tuner. Essentially I am renting the equipment by the hour. I know how the PC pro works now. It would be nice to understand the physics of FI but I realize I just do not have enough time to learn it all. I think the car is very close to perfect. I just want to make sure my AFR is good and get a HP / Torque chart to post.

Larry sounded like a 'tuner'. Can't you drag him along?

I guess I've just been spoiled by Tom and the folks at Arizona Dyno Chip.

So how did it all go? Any dyno results to post?

I'll let him tell you but I talked to him yesterday.
