I currently have a hotside installed with the following Tom Go-Fast goodies:

Auto-Tensioner
Outlet Manifold
100MM (or 95MM I can't remember) Crank Pulley
65MM Nose Pulley
BTB kit
E-Cool (Not Yet Installed)

I also am using the PowerCard (non-Pro) for fuel.

I only seem to be getting around 5-6 PSI boot at FOT. I don't think it's a belt, because it's been this way even with a new belt. Is this what I sould be making? I am getting my measurement from the intake mainfold on the small port twards the front. Or am I smoking my underwear again?!?:scooter:

Thanks
Mike

That is about correct for those pulleys. Especially if it is the 95/65. I would think closer to 7-8 with 100/65. Especially with the new manifold.

I have your 115MM to put in next. Should I then see 8-9? Or do I need to trade up?:devil2:

On my 99, I'm seeing 11.4 PSI with the 115mm with everything you have - with no cats.

But I am running the PC Pro and E-Cool.

So will I see more boost with the E-Cool?

My autometer boost gauge hits 10PSI with a 105mm pulley. I may have to see the boost level in the SS controller.

Mike, you should be at least 10 PSI with the 115.

With 100/65 mine goes immediately to 6psi then climbs to 7 at redline.
