Apparently my kit is getting close to being shipped.....how exciting!
I figured I wouldn't join the forum until I got my kit but I guess it's close enough now.

Honestly, I have been visiting the forum as I was saving up for the kit.
(Which has been alot longer than I'd like to admit...)
It sounds like everybody is pretty happy with their kits and with Tom's great
customer service as well.

Already installed in my 67,000 mile '97 NA is a 55mm Koyo Radiator, Magnacore Wires, Redline Synthetic Lubricants all around, MazdaSpeed H/D Motor Mounts and Racing Beat Header with their Cat-Back Dual Outlet Exhaust System. I'll install a boost gauge with the kit and am seriously considering a J&S Safeguard unit for a little insurance against the unforseen.
Here in the East, 93 octane fuel is available anywhere and 94 can be had at
Sunoco stations, however it is not unheard of to have lower octanes sold, illegally, as premiun fuel by some. That's where the Safeguard just might come in handy. I plan to install a performance clutch and light flywheel as soon as conditions dictate. The way I figure it, conditions should dictate in, say, maybe 6-8 weeks.....if it's lucky.
Here in Connecticut, the weather is just starting to break now so it will probably be a few weeks before the weather is good enough for me to bring out the car (I try to keep the car away from road salt) and install the kit.

It sure looks like it's going to be an "accelerating" summer...........
