I just noticed that my lower ball joint dust boot has a small rip in it. Does anyone know if the dust boot can be replaced without having to remove the entire ball joint from the control arm?
Will the ball joint swing out of the way enough once I persuade it loose from the tapered shaft?
Any tips?
