Hey that sounds like fun! I drive Arroyo Seco Parkway (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arroyo_Seco_Parkway) everyday on the way in to work.

Oh wait, Arroyo Seco Raceway (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arroyo_Seco_Raceway) in New Mexico??? That's 720 miles away!

Ah yes, the Pasadena Freeway. For those of you that don't live in or around LA, when you visit, be sure to drive the 110 between the 5 and South Pasadena. It is a motoring treat you will never forget. One reason is that it's quite beautiful, but it's also probably one of the strangest roads you'll ever travel. Every onramp is a dragstrip, every offramp is an adventure in late braking. Digitac, I envy you! I'm stuck out in the IE among much more boring roads.

I grew up in the IE. There are fun roads out there, you just have to find them. And the 110 looses it's appeal in traffic....
