12 hours til ignition.... I complete the kit when I get home tonight! WOO!
So it occurs to me... I see all you guys referencing your boost counts 8-10-12...
How are you measuring that. An on-board gauge I assume, and if so, I'd love to hear what type you're using, where you've installed them, etc...

That's a nice setup. I might do that. I like that location much better than the a-pillar versions. So do I understand the listing correctly...? Does it go in the little storage opening beneath the radio, or does this assume you have NO radio?

It used to be from top to bottom: Radio, cubby space, and HVAC controls. I moved the radio down and removed the cubby space. Now it's DIN gauge panel, radio and HVAC controls.
Gauges I have are: Boost/Vacuum, Coolant temp, Oil Temp.

Hey Chuck,
Bought the same gauge...
You care to offer any quick thoughts on where you found the most convenient spots to find the wiring for the gauge lighting as well as the pressure line? Trying to keep it neat and clean! ;)

Always tap the pressure line close to the PC-Pros so the gauge sees the same pressure as they do. I'll throw another one of the "Y" connectors in the envelope going out today.

Thanks, Tom!
So opinions, please... I know you're all a bunch of introverts, but... ;)
I ordered the Thompson 3-hole panel (thanks, Chuck!), as well as the oil-filter relocation kit.
I will be installing the Boost gauge (not vac/boost - just boost), and likely oil pressure, since they make a nice fitting off of the relocation kit to accomodate it.
The question is... what seems most relevant for slot 3? They make a port on the remote kit for an easy tap of oil temp... but I also wonder about coolant temp... Or wideband gauge??
If you had to choose, which seems most critical? I'm wondering how many varyng opinions I'll get on this...

I know I'm no introvert. I took a test the other day and it said I was somewhere between a Republican and a Texan. ;)
Wideband. Wideband. Wideband. ;)

All of the wires I needed were right there on the radio. All I did was to use a multimeter to verify it.

WIDEBAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The first question you will usually get asked if you are ever having any troubles with stumbling, hesitation, pinging, ect ect is "WHAT IS YOUR A/F RATIO?"

LOL... Wideband it is!
Had a great chat with Tom last night, and considering there may be a 120 in my future (give me a few months!), it just seems critical to get the wideband.
Thanks all for the input. I think I'm gonna go with the DynoJet... I've seen a lot of talk on here about the Zeitronix as well as the AEM I think?
Call me a petty designer, but I like that the DynoJet gauge face and bezel matches the Auto Gauge Sport Comp line I started with! Are there any functional reasons to go one way or the other?
- Boost gauge - getting installed before this weekend!
- Wideband - Next weekend hopefully
120mm pulley... Not long thereafter...
Tom, you may just as well be dealing in narcotics. Same effect with less questions from your customers! :D

Got the Auto Meter boost gauge installed after work tonight...
I love it. 6 pounds pretty much at a touch of the throttle, building up to a solid 12 pounds at WOT near the last 2-2500 rpm...
Really looking forward to the dyno this Sat!
