Perhaps it is obvious and I don't get it but how would the e-cool post blower injection be any different than injecting more fuel in the stock injectors. Wouldn't the charge get the same cooling as it entered the cylinders rather than as it exited the blower? I am concerned with both cooling and knock supression. I am wondering if a simple Walbro 190lph pump or changing to 01+ injectors or both would do the trick.
On a second train of thought I am wondering if the excess fuel is going to cause us to go through our cats a lot more quickly.
If I could stop my mind I might get some rest.

I can only think of one possible reason and that would be residence time. The fuel is basically injected into the cylinder and I think you want to cool the air before it gets that far? I do know that the 01-05 have ping and are pig rich with the JRPC and the small pulley. WIth the ecool, the ping goes away and the larger pulley is consuming the extra fuel and the A/F is now 12:1 instead of pig rich.

That does pretty much answer it.
Thanks Tom.

Also, adding bigger than stock injectors could lead to idle problems.
